Reinforced polyester filament base mat is made of super-strength glass fiber and polyester chips as raw materials, through process of melting spinning, cooling/mildewing, layering forming, needling reinforcement, then go into post-spinning production thermally shaping, dipping and forming base material of modified asphalt waterproof coil. It has advantages of high tensile strength, good extension performance, outstanding thermal stability, maximum and fast adhesion to any compositions to improve production efficiency for our customers. The stable quality, excellent tear resistance, corrosion resistance and good adhesion to asphalt without shrinkage provides a much longer service life of roofing and waterproofing materials which can adapt to various shapes of building surfaces.

High tensile strength, good elongation performance, outstanding thermal stability, the plane is not easy to bulge, shrink, or curl. It has excellent dimensional stability and can fix its own size well without deformation. It has extremely high tear resistance, corrosion and decay resistance, excellent permeability, low thermal shrinkage rate, strong affinity with asphalt, and long service life.
